Denek Contracting Inc is seeking two experienced Garage Trenching Operators to join our growing field operations team. This hands-on role is critical in delivering accurate trenching and foundation prep for residential new construction garages. Youll be responsible for reading plans, laying out jobs, operating excavation equipment, trenching, and pouring concrete. If you're skilled in operating mini excavators and skid loaders, and have a clean driving record with a chauffeur's or CDL license, this is a great opportunity to thrive with an industry leader that values precision and accountability.

• Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints for garage trenching.

• Accurately lay out trenching locations and dig to spec.

• Operate mini excavators, skid steers, and other related machinery with precision.

• Perform concrete pours as part of garage foundation installation.

• Maintain worksite safety and ensure compliance with all company and legal regulations.

• Transport equipment and materials using company vehicles.

• (Optional) Lay concrete block as part of foundation finish (preferred but not required).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in trenching, excavation, or concrete foundation work.

• Strong proficiency operating mini excavators and skid loaders.

• Ability to read construction plans and execute layout accurately.

• Valid Chauffeurs License required; CDL A preferred.

• Clean driving record.

• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented.

• No minimum education required; field experience is what counts.
