POSITION SUMMARY:
The Account Support Representative provides administrative support for the inside and outside sales teams as well as geographically separated manufacturing facilities. Represents Alcom with a positive attitude that offers the greatest level of customer services and makes doing business with Alcom easy and enjoyable.
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works as a department team to administer Alcom orders email account
- Enters quotes and orders into Sales Force software system and presents quotes to the appropriate Sales Rep for review and approval
- Confirms orders in system when customer signatures are received
- Communicates with dealers when order confirmations have questions about missing or incorrect information
- Works as liaison between dealers and engineering to develop custom work order drawings as needed.
- Contacts and gains feedback from dealers after delivery
- Promotes Alcom website and dealer dashboard
- Helps dealers with dealer dashboard inventory
- Maintains Alcom Orders email below 10 orders at end of business day
- Maintain 90% or better accuracy rate on Work Orders
- All other related tasks as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior customer service work experience
- Solid PC skills
- Solid verbal and written skills
- Pleasant phone mannerism
- High level of attention to detail
