We’re looking for a dynamic, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves turning prospects into happy, long-term residents.

Job Responsibilities
Welcome prospects with warmth and confidence, uncovering their needs through thoughtful, engaging conversations.
Showcase apartments with enthusiasm, highlighting features, benefits, and lifestyle value.
Close leases by guiding applicants through the process and securing deposits in compliance with Fair Housing standards.
Follow up with prospects who haven’t yet committed and help them find the right fit, even within sister communities.
Ensure each apartment is move-in ready and exceeds expectations.
Monitor advertising effectiveness and stay informed on local market competition.
Participate in outreach marketing, referrals, and community events.
Support renewals and retention efforts to build a thriving, long-term community.

What You Bring
Leasing experience is a plus, we’re willing to train the right candidate.
Strong communication and closing skills
Positive attitude with the ability to stay composed under pressure
Professional appearance and demeanor
Valid Driver’s License
Experience with Entrata is a plus

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturdays (10 AM – 5 PM) as needed, with a weekday off
