AM & PM Restaurant Server at Crowne Plaza Charleston SC – NORTH CHARLESTON, South Carolina

Essential Functions:

• Assess guest’s needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Interact with guests, take orders and serve meals and drinks.
• Remove used dinnerware from the table in a timely manner.
• Check identification to verify patron meets legal drinking age requirement.
• Restock and replenish inventory and supplies.
• Comply with all food & beverage regulations and brand standards.
• Accurately report tips and gratuities at the end of every shift.
• Complete any tasks your supervisor/manager instructs you to complete.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Full/Part-time position. Flex scheduled days and Holidays as needed

Shift Times: 4 pm - 11 pm

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• One year of serving experience preferred
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Detailed oriented
• Relevant training certificate
• ServSafe Food Handling Certification (preferred)
• ServSafe Alcohol Handling Certificate (preferred)

Work Authorization/Security Clearance (if applicable)

Must be authorized to work in the United States of America.
