Frank Beverage Group in Middleton, WI is now hiring a Sales Program Coordinator. The team members of Frank Beverage Group are committed, innovative leaders of the beverage industry through marketing, selling, distributing, merchandising, and servicing quality products to our valued customers.
Department Overview:
The Frank Beverage Group Sales Analysis and Program Administration Team communicates and tracks our sales teams' progress towards both internal and external KPIs. Our commitment to accuracy, compliance, and timeliness ensures efficient achievement of organizational objectives.
The Role:
In this role, you aren't just crunching numbers; you serve as a vital resource to our sales team. You’ll ensure our salespeople get paid exactly what they’ve earned by managing our sales compensation program payouts.
What you'll be doing:
- Checking the numbers: You’ll generate a variety of reports to track performance and verify that every calculation is spot-on.
- Connecting the dots: You’ll talk directly with sales reps, sales managers, and brand managers to keep everyone in the loop on current sales programs.
- Being a data detective: You’ll investigate product sales history to address questions from our sales team.
- Coaching for success: You’ll help explain the requirements for various programs, so the team knows exactly what they need to do to reach their sales goals.
- Ensure Integrity: Maintain data fields within our systems to ensure data integrity and communicate compensation amounts to payroll promptly to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 1+ years of sales or sales related experience required.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency: You should be able to maintain and create advanced formulas, debug errors, and work with mathematical and logical functions.
- Data Visualization: Ability to create various types of charts and graphs and apply formatting rules to highlight key information.
- Technical Savvy: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Forms).
- Previous beverage industry experience is preferred but not required.
