This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned recruiter to take ownership of end-to-end technical hiring in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying, engaging, and placing top IT talent across a variety of roles. You will leverage multiple sourcing channels, build strong candidate pipelines, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to meet hiring goals efficiently. The position requires a strong understanding of the U.S. recruitment landscape, particularly within IT staffing models. You will thrive in a performance-driven setting where speed, quality, and consistency are key. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys working independently while delivering measurable recruitment results.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from sourcing to placement
- Identify and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social networks, and existing databases
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of IT professionals across various skill sets and experience levels
- Handle W2 and Corp-to-Corp hiring processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Screen, evaluate, and qualify candidates based on technical and client requirements
- Submit high-quality candidate profiles in a timely manner, meeting daily activity targets
- Maintain and expand vendor and candidate databases for ongoing hiring needs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and align recruitment strategies
- Ensure adherence to established recruitment processes and quality standards
Requirements:
- 4 to 8 years of experience in U.S. IT recruitment with a strong track record of successful placements
- Proven expertise in W2 and Corp-to-Corp hiring models
- Hands-on experience using job boards, social media, and sourcing tools to identify candidates
- Strong existing network, including vendor and candidate databases
- Ability to manage multiple roles and meet daily submission targets in a high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with recruitment workflows, screening techniques, and candidate evaluation methods
