Salary: $100,000 annually

Bonus: up to $6,000 quarterly bonus

Thomas J. Henry Law is hiring a Briefing/Research Attorney to support trial attorneys in preparing and developing personal injury cases. This is a great opportunity to build litigation skills in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery

Conduct legal research and prepare trial materials

Assist in deposition and trial prep

Learn strategies for plaintiff-side PI litigation

Qualifications

JD, licensed and in good standing in Texas

0–3 years of personal injury experience

Excellent legal writing and research skills

Valid TX driver’s license; good driving record

Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
