About This Position
River Valley is looking for an experienced HR Coordinator/Generalist to join our team in Olathe, Colorado.
The HR Assistant plays a key role in supporting and collaborating with the Human Resources Manager (HR) in the daily operations of the HR Department. This position assists with a variety of administrative and HR-realted tasks, including employee pre-hire and onboarding, maintaining electronic records, coordination of benefits, and managing computer hardware requests. The HR Assistant helps ensure compliance with clinic policies and employment regulations while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. With a strong focus on confidentiality, organization, and communication, this role contributes to the clinic’s mission of delivering compassionate care by supporting the well-being and development of its staff.

The HR Assistant position is full-time, 40 hours per week, and will be able to select a schedule that is either 4x10's or 5x8's. We are a growing, exciting place to work, serving our community in a variety of ways. Come join our team and find out what community health is all about.
A day in the life of the HR Coordinator/Generalist may include:
- Maintaining accurate and organized electronic personnel records, tracking certifications and licenses, maintaining data in ADP,
- Assisting with the hiring, onboarding, and offboarding process,
- Representing the clinics at job fairs and expo's as needed,
- Assisting with the benefit and leave of absence process,
- Assisting employees with life events, questions, and more!
- $21.30 - $24.29/hour, depending on education, experience, and certifications
