DISHWASHER in Midland, Texas at Permian Lodging Operating Partners

POSITION PURPOSE

Attend to the overall kitchen sanitation process and procedures, including, but not limited to, quality and consistent cleaning of all kitchen tools, accessories, stovetop and tableware. Ensure the overall dishwashing room operation, adheres to state and federal sanitation guidelines.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Ensure consistency in total dish washing operations by meeting departmental standards. Responsible for chemical supply control and inventory and tableware. Responsible for all storage of tableware. Ensure safety is being met as a departmental goal.

OTHER:

Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.

Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of Permian Lodging. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions, safety meetings is required.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education

High school or equivalent education required.

Experience

Kitchen or food & beverage related experience preferred.
