VALID HHA CERTIFICATION IN NYS REQUIRED - PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE CERTIFICATION ON FILE WITH NEW YORK STATE
MUST BE ABLE TO READ, WRITE, AND SPEAK CLEAR ENGLISH
MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO LEGALLY WORK IN THE UNITED STATES (WORK PERMIT/AUTH, PERMANENT RESIDENCY, CITIZENSHIP AND VALID SOCIAL SECURITY CARD)
