Physical Therapist Assistant at Access TLC – Ventura, California

Access TLC Home Health Care is currently seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA). The Physical Therapy Assistant is responsible for providing physical therapy services under the direction of the Physical Therapist to home health patients in their home setting. All charting is done electronically, and we will provide you with an internet enabled iPad.

Position is per diem/per visit. Visit rate is $70 per visit plus mileage reimbursement.

Our agency offers a unique program designed to support patients at home. Our team of professionals are experts in providing home health care services. We have been serving Ventura, Santa Barbara and Los Angeles counties for over 22 years.

Position Requirements:

• Current California Physical Therapy Assistant License

1. Must have a California Driver’s License, satisfactory driving record and a vehicle that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements.

• Current CPR Certification
