Digital Banking Representative at Taylor Bank – Berlin, Maryland

WE ARE SEEKING:

• A detail-oriented, team player with great people skills to join our Digital Banking Services team at our corporate headquarters in historic downtown Berlin, Maryland.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Support onboarding business customers with digital banking products and services, such as Online Banking and Cash Management, Remote Deposit Capture, ACH, Wires, Positive Pay, Payment Processing, and future digital products.
• Set up, maintain, and provide training for all business digital banking solutions, including assistance with troubleshooting related to access, functionality, and end user issues.
• Manage payment processing terminals, including rental provisioning, configuration, downloads, inventory tracking, and coordination with referral partners for issue resolution.
• Ensure all digital banking documentation is accurate, current, and properly retained to support audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and operational controls.
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments by attending monthly meetings to support business services initiatives, follow-up and development efforts.
• Assist all bank customers through phone calls, emails, chats, and voicemails by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, supporting all Digital Banking Services departmental and organizational initiatives. May include occasional extended hours, as needed.

YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 4 years of related experience working for a bank or financial services institution.
• Experience with digital and electronic banking services, with a focus on business solutions.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

• This is an hourly, non-exempt position. We also have a discretionary bonus plan, subject to company performance
