Position Summary
The Regional Clinical Director plays a critical role in ensuring clinical excellence across the region. This leader will oversee BCBAs and RBTs, maintain quality assurance standards, and support the development of strong clinical teams.
This position is ideal for a BCBA who is passionate about ethical care, team development, and driving meaningful outcomes for children and families.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Oversight
Provide clinical supervision and leadership to BCBAs and RBTs across the region
Maintain a manageable caseload while overseeing treatment plans and clinical programming
Review and approve assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports
Ensure compliance with BACB standards and payer requirements
Quality Assurance & Strategy
Monitor clinical quality, documentation, and treatment integrity
Support case consultation and problem-solving across teams
Collaborate with leadership to enhance clinical systems and service delivery
Team Development & Mentorship
Train, mentor, and provide ongoing performance feedback to clinical staff
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and development of BCBAs and RBTs
Foster a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture
Collaboration & Relationship Building
Maintain strong relationships with families, providers, and community partners
Promote a culture of ethical, compassionate, and high-quality care
Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field (required)
Certification: Active BCBA certification in good standing
Licensure: Utah Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or ability to obtain
Experience:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a BCBA preferred
Experience supervising BCBAs and RBTs
Strong background in reviewing treatment plans, assessments, and clinical documentation
Experience with quality assurance and maintaining clinical standards
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities with a commitment to ethical, high-quality ABA services
Work Environment
Location: In-person role serving Salt Lake City and Utah County
Schedule: Full-time leadership position with balanced clinical responsibilities
