You will lead requirements gathering, develop documentation and training materials, and drive adoption of new technologies. • Define, improve, and optimize collaboration and productivity platforms across the organization
• Translate business needs into practical platform capabilities and AI-enabled solutions
• Lead adoption initiatives, integrations, and continuous improvement of collaboration tools
• Identify opportunities for workflow automation and system integration
• Partner with business, IT, and security teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and user-friendly
• Conduct requirements gathering, process discovery, and create clear documentation, training, and enablement materials
• Monitor adoption, business value, and performance of deployed solutions

Requirements:

• 5–8+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Systems Analysis, or similar roles
• Strong expertise with collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, Slack, and Zoom
• Experience implementing AI solutions, including tools like Copilot and ChatGPT
• Solid understanding of enterprise systems, security, automation, and process optimization
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
• Experience in large, global environments preferred
• Familiarity with identity, access management, and device management tools is a plus
• Background in digital workplace or employee experience initiatives is advantageous
