What You’ll Do:

As a Low Voltage Technician, you’ll take the lead on projects, manage crews, and ensure top-quality installations for our clients. Your role will include:

• Installing, terminating, and testing low voltage systems (voice, data, cable TV, fire alarm, access control, etc.)
• Leading crews and coordinating tasks to meet project timelines and quality standards
• Communicating effectively with clients, management, and team members
• Documenting work and updating project statuses using intermediate computer skills
• Practicing safety 24/7 and maintaining clean, organized job sites

What You Bring:

We’re looking for a skilled professional ready to take ownership of projects and deliver exceptional results. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• 5+ years of experience with low voltage systems (Fire alarm experience required)
• A current Power Limited Technician License (highly preferred)
• Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) experience (highly preferred)
• Lead or supervisory experience (highly preferred)
• Experience in new construction - commercial and/or wood frame (preferred)
• Intermediate-level computer skills
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Dependable transportation

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments, including construction sites
• Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands and arms
