What You’ll Do as a Nurse Practitioner

• Provide both in-office and virtual family practice consultations — evaluate, diagnose, treat, and follow up with patients across Arizona.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based care.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team (including Medical Assistants and a Medical Director) to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans in compliance with state regulations.
• Educate patients on preventive care and wellness.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EHR system.
• Keep up with evolving primary care and telehealth best practices and standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner (NP) license, required
• Must be located in Arizona with flexibility to work both in-office and virtually
• Family Practice or Primary Care experience, preferred
• Prior telehealth experience, a plus
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient-first mindset
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating EHR and telehealth platforms
