What You’ll Do

• Process invoices and ensure proper documentation and approvals
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and general ledger coding
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Process weekly check runs and support month-end close procedures
• Maintain organized and compliant financial documentation
• Assist with credit card processing and expense tracking
• Support fixed asset tracking and reporting
• Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience preferred
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Sage Intacct
• Experience with electronic accounts payable systems
