Position Summary:
TruBlue Home Services Ally of North Wilmington is looking for an experienced Painter / Drywall Technician to provide high-quality painting and drywall repair services for residential and light commercial clients. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Execute interior and exterior painting projects
• Perform surface preparation including sanding, patching, and priming
• Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
• Complete drywall repairs and finishing
• Maintain job site cleanliness and safety
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Follow company procedures and timelines

Required Qualifications
• Painting experience required
• Reliable transportation (must have own vehicle)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications
• Spray painting experience
• Drywall repair experience
• Experience in residential services

Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to climb ladders and work in various positions

Work Environment
• Field-based role working in residential and light commercial environments
