Front of House Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate front of house staff, including, to ensure smooth daily operations

- Greet and assist guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience

- Monitor service quality and provide ongoing training and support to staff

- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly

- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the front of house area

- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery

- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

- Uphold company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in hospitality management or customer service roles

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

- Knowledge of reservation systems and POS software

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management training is a plus
