Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with individuals who have requested additional information

  • Schedule and conduct virtual meetings and online presentations

  • Clearly explain program options using video conferencing platforms

  • Assist with digital applications and required documentation

  • Accurately enter and maintain records in internal systems

  • Follow quality assurance and compliance standards

  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development

Qualifications
