In this role, you will lead the full recruitment lifecycle across North America, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and secure high-quality talent across multiple business functions. You will play a strategic role in shaping hiring strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience. Working in a collaborative and international environment, you will support hiring for key roles in Sales, Marketing, Research, and other corporate functions. This position requires a proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys working with diverse teams, and can confidently guide stakeholders through the hiring process. Your insights and sourcing expertise will directly influence hiring outcomes and help build high-performing teams.
Accountabilities- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer management for roles across the United States and Canada.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to define hiring strategies, role requirements, and candidate profiles aligned with business needs.
- Provide market insights and advisory support to hiring teams, including compensation benchmarks, talent availability, and competitive intelligence.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill positions, particularly in Sales, Marketing, and Research functions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and a positive recruitment experience.
- Utilize sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and attract top-tier talent.
- Collaborate with a distributed recruiting team to foster a service-oriented, high-performance hiring culture that delivers diverse and qualified candidates.
- Use recruitment data and insights to optimize hiring strategies and improve recruitment outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a corporate or agency environment.
- Strong expertise in candidate sourcing, particularly through LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Proven ability to advise and influence hiring managers, acting as a trusted talent advisor throughout the hiring process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Experience recruiting for business-critical roles such as Sales, Marketing, Research, or corporate functions.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote and international environment, managing multiple priorities and time zones.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use recruitment data and insights to guide hiring decisions.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-changing priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and accountability.
