Description: Front Desk Supervisor

We’re looking for a motivated and service-focused Front Office Supervisor to help lead our front desk team and create exceptional guest experiences. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and setting the tone for outstanding hospitality.

As a Front Office Supervisor, you’ll support daily front desk operations, assist guests, and help guide the team to deliver friendly and efficient service.

What You’ll Do
  • Supervise daily front desk operations and support front desk associates
  • Welcome guests and ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process
  • Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
  • Assist with scheduling, training, and coaching front desk team members
  • Monitor room availability, reservations, and guest requests
  • Ensure compliance with hotel brand standards and company policies
  • Handle cash, billing, and audit-related tasks as needed
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments
  • Help create a positive, service-focused environment for guests and team members
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous hotel front desk experience required
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong guest service and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using hotel systems and basic computer programs
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds
  • Frequent use of computers and front desk systems
