Position Details TitlePostdoctoral Fellow in Organ Engineering with the Lewis LabSchoolHarvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied SciencesDepartment/AreaPosition DescriptionThe Lewis Lab is seeking a postdoctoral fellow with expertise in one or more of the following areas: stem cell biology, organoid differentiation, bioprinting, or tissue engineering. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team of researchers supported under three new awards from NIH, DoD, and Wellcome Leap. The goals of these projects are to develop vascularized cerebral, cardiac, and renal organoids and to use the building blocks to fabricate functional organ-specific tissues at scale.Basic QualificationsCandidates must have a Doctorate degree in Materials Science, Bioengineering, or Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine, by the time the appointment begins.Additional QualificationsPriority will be given to candidates with experience in two or more of these areas: stem cell biology, organoid differentiation, bioprinting, and tissue engineering.
