Laborer - 1st shift, 10-hour, MON-THURS 5:00am-3:30pm at Advanced Industries LLC – Odessa, Missouri

Advanced Industries LLC has been in business for over 50 years as a turnkey manufacturing company fabricating aluminum and steel products for the Department of Defense. We have built long-term customer relationships by providing superior products, excellent customer service, quality control, and on-time delivery. We are looking for the next addition to our award-winning team!!

Laborer Responsibilities:
- Operate general shop machinery and hand tools to surface prep and assemble product
- Read tape measure, calipers, and drawings
- Assist other team members as needed
- Actively participate in all 6S processes within assigned department
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Experience:
- Previous laborer experience in manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to read tape measure, calipers, and operate hand tools
- Strong work ethic and attendance very important
- Attention to detail

As a general laborer, you will play a crucial role in the overall production of our manufactured items! You will be responsible for following work instructions to prep and assemble material per your lead's direction. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, superior attendance record, and motivation to succeed!
