Job Title: Registered Nurse, Charge (Baltimore)

Job Description:

Talantage, LLC is currently seeking a full-time Charge Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The Charge Registered Nurse (RN) (Medical) is responsible for providing supervision of nursing and support staff on the assigned shift in a correctional setting. Works under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range physical, psychological, and social needs patients. Day, night and evening shifts available. FT, PT, and PRN also available.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required
• Active RN license to practice in Maryland.
• Current tuberculosis documentation.
• Active BLS/CPR.
• Ability to pass a criminal background clearance and drug screen
• Minimum of one year of work experience as an RN preferred in a community outpatient clinic, hospital or long-term care facility preferred.
• Corrections experience preferred
