Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions within the organization. You will be reporting directly to the Human Resource Manager and will be a key member of the human resources team, working closely to align HR practices with business objectives. This is a fast-paced environment; multi-tasking is essential since we are responsible for overseeing the logistics of all stores. The ideal candidate will have responsibilities maintaining records and processing the organization’s human resources practices. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle project coordination functions while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities, Abilities & Skills:
- Manage a full cycle of onboarding and orientation for new employees
- Coordinate recruitment training and development with managers at store level
- Build talent pipelines for current and future openings; manage partnerships with colleges, job boards, and recruitment vendors for stores
- Assist with recruitment, including postings, screening, and interviews
- Assist with EE terminations, resignations, and status changes paperwork
- Drive the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, reference checks, and hiring qualified candidates
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants
- Maintain EE records full cycle and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Assist with recruitment, including postings, screening, and interviews
- Maintain and document all EDD Claims/Hearings Wage Audits inside EE folder

- Experience in project coordination with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- A quality-minded with keen attention to detail
- Expertise in calendar management, particularly with Outlook Calendar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be dependable and willing to work overtime when needed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Computer skills, SharePoint, Microsoft Office 365
This is a full-time position with competitive pay. Schedule Requirement:
- Schedule flexibility
- Mon – Fri. 8:30 – 5:30pm with 1 hr. break
- Able to work Holidays
- May require occasional overtime hours with approval
Education:
- Associate's degree Preferred
- SHRM Certification Preferred
- High School / GED
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred 1 year (Preferred)
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint,) 1 year (Preferred)
- Experience working with multiple databases 1 year (Preferred)
