Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7a - 3:30p
- Work with the understanding that safety is Kelli’s first priority
- Understand and obey company policies, directions, and procedures.
- Recognize letters, numbers and colors.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability and willingness to work and cross in other departments as necessary.
- Prior Assembly experience preferred.
- Perform basic math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication & division).
- Understand and follow both verbal and written assembly instructions to build necessary products.
- Work with speed and accuracy to keep the process and products moving as quickly as possible while maintaining high quality and high production while meeting safety standards.
- Perform other necessary processes and/or duties in a cooperative manner when assigned by the supervisor and/or manager.
- Learn different line jobs to be able to fill variety of positions as needed.
- Perform repetitive motion including squeezing hand, lifting, walking, standing, and/or bending throughout the work shift.
- Climb on a ladder and/or crawl under a rack to get necessary components.
- Keep the workstation cleaned and organized.
- Operate manual or auto tail machine, bow machine, glue gun, and/or balloon machine if deemed necessary.
Work Environment
• Primarily indoors in a climate-controlled building
• Standing and walking for extended periods
Requirements:Education: High school diploma or GED certificate.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required (we will train you)
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Reliable transportation.
