About This Position
• Data Entry (Controlling)
• Scanning (Scanning claims to clearing house for repricing & scanning Paper Vision).
• SDS Queues (Reviewing and resolving the claims that default into the queues in the Clearing House website).
• Requesting Medical Records (responsible for medical records through vendor, obtaining any additional information needed by vendor for requesting medical records, notating system and notifying team when records received, reconciling invoice(s) from vendor(s).
• Review and checking-in of claim submissions in both the claims agent and policyholder portals.
• Handling of correspondence submitted for claims (additional information requested for the processing of claims).
• Handling & Distribution of incoming mail.

* Data Entry Skills Requirement of 40-60 wpm
