Houseman / Houseperson at Clean Tec Outsourcing LLC – Orlando, Florida

Job Description:

The Houseman supports the Housekeeping team in cleaning with the removal, transporting linens, supplies, and equipment, picking up trash and/or debris found on site, assisting with deep cleaning projects, and maintaining public areas and back-of-house spaces in a neat and orderly condition.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver clean linens and supplies to housekeeping carts and storage areas
• Remove soiled linens and trash from guest floors and public spaces
• Collect trash and recyclables from guest rooms, hallways, and housekeeping carts, making sure they are disposed of properly according to hotel standards.
• Assist with deep cleaning of carpets, windows, and public areas
• Move furniture and set up rollaway beds, cribs, or cots as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, elevators, and service areas
• Stock housekeeping closets and ensure equipment is in good working order
• Respond to guest requests for additional items promptly
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move furniture and supplies up to 50 pounds
• Basic knowledge of cleaning and custodial tasks
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
