Position Overview
We’re seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide in-home therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. You’ll help patients improve mobility, regain function, and live safely at home.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist

• Assist patients with exercises, mobility training, and assistive devices

• Monitor progress and report changes to the PT

• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety

• Document care accurately per company and regulatory standards

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program

• Active Virginia PTA license

• Home health or clinical experience preferred (new grads welcome!)

• Strong communication and patient-centered approach

• Reliable transportation for home visits
