About This Position

Who We Are:

LifeBridge Health is a dynamic, purpose-driven health system redefining care delivery across the mid-Atlantic and beyond, anchored by our mission to “improve the health of people in the communities we serve.” Join us to advance health access, elevate patient experiences, and contribute to a system that values bold ideas and community-centered care.

The Center for Hope is LifeBridge Health's hospital-based violence intervention program — one of the only programs in Maryland treating violence as a public health crisis. Our bilingual Mental Health Therapists provide trauma-informed outpatient therapy to survivors and families, supported by a multidisciplinary team and weekly clinical supervision. If you're a licensed Spanish-speaking clinician who wants your caseload to mean something, this is the role.

  • About The Center for Hope

Work that actually changes lives. The Center for Hope is one of the few programs in the region addressing violence as a public health issue — not just a clinical one. You'll carry a caseload of survivors, families, and community members who need exactly what you bring: clinical skill, cultural fluency, and genuine commitment.

A culture built on shared purpose. Our team is collaborative, passionate, and genuinely close-knit. Your voice matters here, your skills are celebrated, and the mission unites everyone who walks through the door.

The support of a major health system. As a LifeBridge Health program, the Center for Hope gives you access to the resources, supervision, and career infrastructure of one of Maryland's largest health systems — while keeping the feel of a community-based team.
