Position Summary
- The Board Certified Behavior Analyst completes client assessments, develops treatments plans and monitors client progress. This position provides support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers. This Behavior Analyst provides direct supervision and training to the Behavior Technicians.
Education
- Master’s degree in ABA or related field (psychology, education, special education).
Required License and/or Certification
- BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification is required upon date of hire.
Experience
- Experience working with ABA is preferred.
