The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:

The Associate Director of EIP Business Operations works closely with the Director of Outpatient Operations to manage the business operations of the Early Intervention Program for CSH, including ensuring the departments compliance with all applicable policies, laws and regulations management and reporting of productivity and financial information coordination of hiring and monitoring staff schedules, staff development, and internal and external communications related to EIP responding to immediate department matters.

Qualifications:

  • College Degree with coursework in financial matters as well as the ability to learn and embrace new systems,
  • Education and Experience Additional Comments
  • 5 years experience with NJEIS, Knowledge of various computer systems, Financial background

Essential Functions:

  • Complies with regulations as stated in Letter of Agreement with Department of Health DOH and monitors compliance in New Jersey Early Intervention System NJEIS in conjunction with the Director of Operations
  • Ensures consistency and quality throughout all CSH EIP Programs,
  • Oversees and maintains the billing process for EIP through EIMS and CSHs EIP database,
  • Oversees financial and billing system to ensure monies billed and received on a timely basis,
  • Oversees and manages non salary expenses,
  • Communicates with service coordination, REIC, and site managers to correct missing incorrect services in EIMS,
  • Prepares mandated reports to DOH and REIC in conjunction with the Associate Director of EIP Clinical Operations and the Director of Outpatient Operations,
  • Monitors staff volume and productivity and ensures compliance,
  • Participates in yearly self assessment mandated by NJEIS with Associate Director of Clinical Operations,
  • Collaborates with associate Director of EIP Clinical Operations to review revise department policies and procedures to ensure efficiency for department and to ensure staff engagement,
  • Monitors and accepts children into the program from NJEIS database, REIC, and Service Coordination Units Assigns appropriate practitioners,
  • Conducts relevant 90 day reviews and APRs for all administrative staff and provides input to the Associate Director of Clinical Operations, Clinical Coordinators for clinical staff,
  • Responsible for the direct oversight and development of the administrative staff,
  • Coordinates and plans bimonthly staff meetings and Coordinator meetings,
  • Participates in the quality assurance program and hospital wide strategic initiatives in conjunction with the Director of Outpatient Operations,
  • Responsible for running, analyzing, developing, calculating and maintaining all data reports such as volume, revenue, missing payments, error, attendance, audit transaction, number of children, incentives, bonus payouts, etc,
