Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of management experience, including leadership in printing or other high-volume manufacturing environments.
• At least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced production setting.
• Working knowledge of offset printing fundamentals; folding carton industry experience preferred.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing principles (Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S) and familiarity with ISO standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to read and write English proficiently.
• Strong understanding of color systems and the ability to accurately differentiate colors.
