What You'll Be Doing

• Assist lead installer with HVAC system installations, replacements, and upgrades
• Transport, load, and unload tools, equipment, and materials
• Measure, cut, and assemble ductwork and piping
• Support wiring and connection of HVAC components
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in HVAC installation
• Valid HVAC certification and EPA license.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and system schematics.
• Strong ability to guide teams, manage timelines, and communicate effectively.
• Capable of lifting equipment and working in confined spaces or at heights.
• Professional demeanor with strong communication and customer service skills.
