General Dentist – Full Time

Cambridge Dental Group is expanding patient care and seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our well-established, high-performing team. We welcome new graduates or early-career dentists who are motivated to grow in a supportive, multi-doctor environment.

• Established practice with 5 experienced general dentists
• Multi-specialty clinic next door for seamless referrals
• Strong patient flow and clear path to a busy and consistent schedule
• Excellent clinical support, experienced assistants, and efficient systems
• Modern technology including Open Dental and iTero
• Positive, collaborative culture focused on long-term provider success

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Some flexibility available

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program
• Open to new grads or newer dentists
• Clear aligner experience or training preferred
• Strong patient communication and commitment to quality care
• Motivated to grow clinically and professionally

Education and Training

• Doctor of Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine.
• State license and malpractice insurance.
• Additional experience, certifications, or licensing may be required.
• Strong computer skills and experience with healthcare databases and applications.
• Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and health care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to keep detailed records.
• Comprehensive and current knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics.
• Patience when dealing with patients and staff.
• Ability to communicate with patients regarding their health and care.
• Great problem solving

FLSA Status: Salaried, Exempt
