- Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized service lane area to promote a welcoming environment
- Document customer interactions and service details accurately in the system
- Support the overall flow of the service department to enhance customer satisfaction
Skills and Qualifications:
