About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a IT Systems Administrator. This role is responsible for maintaining, securing, and optimizing our Microsoft 365 and Azure environments while providing advanced technical support across the organization. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, security‑focused, and comfortable supporting both cloud infrastructure and end‑user systems.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), SharePoint, OneDrive, and TeamsManage and maintain Azure resources such as virtual machines, networking, storage, and identity servicesImplement and monitor IT security best practices including MFA, conditional access, endpoint protection, patching, and security incident responseProvide Tier 2/3 PC and end‑user support for Windows devices, peripherals, and productivity applicationsManage device lifecycle through tools such as Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint configuration policiesMonitor system performance and availability; troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issuesAssist with IT projects including migrations, upgrades, and security initiativesDocument systems, procedures, and troubleshooting stepsCollaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure reliable and secure IT services

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in IT systems administration or similar roleStrong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 administrationSolid working knowledge of Microsoft Azure (IaaS and PaaS preferred)Practical experience with IT security, including identity management, endpoint security, and threat mitigationAdvanced troubleshooting skills for Windows PCs, laptops, and related hardwareExperience with scripting (PowerShell preferred)Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls)Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS‑102, AZ‑104, SC‑300)Experience with backup/disaster recovery solutionsFamiliarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA, or similar)Experience supporting hybrid or cloud‑first environments
