All Weather Contractors (located on the Westside, at Normandy Blvd and 295), has an immediate opening for an HVAC/ Plumbing Warehouse Coordinator. This position will support the business function of the HVAC division as it relates to the Warehouse, inventory, supply/vendor material ordering, field personnel, and customer's needs. Heavy emphasis on ordering, accounting billing/reconciliation, vendor accounts, warranty paperwork, computer proficiency and the managing the daily operations of the warehouse with two assistants. Also familiar with loading/unloading large HVAC equipment and the general knowledge of the HVAC trade, parts and materials.

Duties include:

-Minimum 5 years Warehouse experience in a busy HVAC environment. Must be able to work overtime during the busy Summer season as needed. Priority will be given to applicants who have prior HVAC warehouse experience.
-Daily work in the computer systems, including Microsoft Outlook e-mail and vendor systems to manage the workload for inventory, materials ordering, warranty paperwork and filing.
-Use Sage 300 computer software to pull and distribute HVAC materials, tools, or other stock items in order to fill job orders.
-Assist in bar-coding and tracking HVAC equipment, parts and supplies through manual inspection and computer data entry and reporting.
-Will print daily work orders for field personnel and gather parts, materials and supplies together and stage equipment to be picked up by specific HVAC field employees going to customer job sites.
-Using a forklift (must be forklift certified) will load and unload HVAC materials and supplies into the warehouse and place materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to size, type, style, color, or product code - mark materials with identifying information
-Oversee and manage a clean, safe and secure work environment in the warehouse
Assist with inventory records through the use of a computerized inventory system
-Complete warranty paperwork on new equipment, parts. Understand how to ship and receive defective or warranty parts that need to be returned.
-Use Microsoft Outlook e-mail to communicate effectively with other HVAC team members, Dispatchers, and field personnel to have equipment and supplies ready.
-Utilize material handling equipment such as forklifts, pickup truck, etc.
-Oversee and from time-to-time possibly perform physical labor as needed around warehouse, including grounds keeping. Familiar with mowers, edgers, weed eaters and blowers.
-Responsible for company vehicle assigned to HVAC Warehouse to direct as needed running parts and delivering supplies to job sites

Qualifications needed to perform job duties:

- This position requires a high degree of actual work experience in an HVAC setting.
- Prior experience managing people and processes.
- Team player with a can-do attitude with the ability to get along with all levels of people in the division and within the company.
- Computer skills are necessary and should be able to successfully complete training on our in-house inventory computer system.
- Expert level with Microsoft Outlook e-mail necessary and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to write correspondence letters with proper spelling, grammar and formatting.
- Represent the company and the HVAC division in a professional manner.
- Familiar with Sage 300 Construction software a real plus.
- Must be trained and certified in forklift operation.
- Organized person, dependable, work in faced paced environment and have the ability to read, understand and carry out instructions.
- Ability to organize paperwork as needed.
- Must have a current and valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Must be able to successfully complete a drug test.
- Must be able to pass a background check with no felonies.
- Physical Requirements: the job requires you must be in good physical condition with the ability to stoop, crawl, bend at the knees and waist, squat, push, pull, lift
above the head, and lift 50lbs; includes body weight, equipment, tools and boxes. - -- Must be able to stand for long periods of time on varied surfaces. Will work outside
in variable weather conditions as necessary.
