We are looking for a Videographer who can confidently capture and craft compelling visual content in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for filming and editing content across campaigns, events, branded storytelling, and social media. This role requires someone who understands that strong video is built through intentional framing, clean lighting, strong audio, thoughtful editing, and adaptability when conditions aren’t perfect.
We move fast and produce often. We need someone flexible, hungry to improve, and comfortable being scrappy when necessary — whether that means adjusting on the fly during a shoot or traveling to capture content on location.
Responsibilities
- Film and edit content across campaigns, events, branded storytelling, and social media
- Capture high-quality visuals with intentional framing, clean lighting, and strong audio
- Edit and deliver polished video content with thoughtful pacing and storytelling
- Apply basic color correction and sound balancing in post-production
- Work with Log footage and manage edits in DaVinci Resolve
- Manage media, gear, and shoot workflows in an organized way
- Adapt to fast-changing conditions on set when lighting, timing, or equipment isn’t ideal
- Travel to various shoot locations as needed
- Collaborate professionally with talent and team members on set
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of camera fundamentals (exposure, composition, focus, movement) — specifically Sony equipment
- Proficiency with general production equipment (lighting, audio, etc.)
- Editing proficiency in DaVinci Resolve
- Experience working with Log footage
- Basic color correction and sound balancing
- Ability to manage media, gear, and workflows in an organized way
- Professionalism on set and confidence working with talent
- Adaptability in fast-changing environments
- Willingness to travel as needed
