Job Description
Do you want to be part of our clinic-based agency that focuses on quality care? ABA Works provides ABA services to children & adults; group parent training, and social skills training. We effectively treat learners diagnosed with ASD (Autism) and related disorders.
What We're Looking For- Previous experience in scheduling, healthcare administration, human resources, or a related leadership role.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, education, or a service-based organization is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Enhancing client authorizations by scheduling our 35+team members efficiently
- Communicate with health care providers
- Scheduling Social Skills Groups
- Scheduling and coordinating Supervisor schedules
- Tracking of information (e.g., cancellations, make-up sessions)
- Communicate with 50+ families, team members and providers
- Data entry
- Interface with clients, staff and related parties
- Trouble shooting so our health care can be efficiently scheduled daily
- Work daily with our online software (Aloha)

Requirements:- Documented experience as an administrator
- Be familiar with the greater Los Angeles, Long Beach, and surrounding areas
- Computer savvy
- Strong aptitude for learning new web-based systems
- Well organized and punctual, able to maintain multiple projects simultaneously, strategically prioritize own work
- Excellent Customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-management
- Proactive with a strong work ethic
- Bilingual: English/Spanish
