Warehouse Supplies Specialist

Lenexa, KS | Full-Time, M-F | $19-$20/hr

SumnerOne is hiring a Warehouse Supplies Specialist to support our Lenexa, KS supplies operations. This role is at the heart of how we keep customers stocked and satisfied — you'll process supply orders, manage inventory accuracy, coordinate with internal teams, and make sure the right products get to the right place on time. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Process and fulfill supply orders accurately and efficientlyPick and pack supply orders for shipment or courier deliveryManage inventory control including restocking, cycle counts, dead stock, and min/max levelsReceive incoming supply shipments and verify against purchase ordersCoordinate with the supply warehouse on shipments, stock status, and order requirementsRespond to internal inquiries from sales and service teams regarding supply availability and order statusTrack, follow up on, and resolve order discrepancies or delivery issuesMaintain clean, accurate records and documentation in the order management systemEnsure a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse environment


WHAT YOU BRING

Prior experience in a warehouse, supplies, inventory, or fulfillment role preferred — motivated newcomers welcomeStrong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracyComfortable with basic computer use, data entry, and inventory or order management systemsOrganized and able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ballA communicator who listens well and follows through — with teammates and customers alikeReliable, dependable, and takes ownership of the workAbility to lift and move items up to 50 lbs regularlyValid driver's license and insurability required
