Job Overview
Graceful Healing Home Care has an immediate need for experienced, dedicated and compassionate Caregivers to join our caregiving team. As a Caregiver for our agency, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to patients. Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Help patients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times
- Document patient information accurately and maintain electronic health records
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality

Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Ability to lift and move patients with proper body mechanics
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology
- Understanding of hospice care principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
