The Product Development team plays a critical role in bringing ideas to life quickly and efficiently, ensuring every style meets our standards for quality, fit, and execution while hitting aggressive timelines.
This role sits at the center of that process. As a Production Coordinator, you will help keep development moving forward across multiple styles and timelines, working closely with design, vendors, and internal teams to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. This role works in close proximity to the founders and CEO, contributing to a highly collaborative and product-driven environment with strong visibility across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the day-to-day communication with vendors regarding fit, fabric, and trim notes to ensure clarity, accuracy and timely execution.
- Own and manage development timelines across all active projects, ensuring milestones and deadlines are consistently met.
- Proactively track and maintain visibility on the progress of all open projects, flagging risks and escalating delays when needed.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure tech packs (TPs) are completed accurately sent out on time.
- Prepare a prioritized list of key styles ahead of sample meetings to guide discussions.
- Follow up with vendors and internal teams to ensure feedback is implemented and timelines are upheld
- Maintain clear visibility across all open projects through tracking tools (Miro, line sheets, or other systems)
- Update the Miro board on a daily/weekly basis to reflect new, ongoing, or canceled projects
- Assist in building and maintaining line sheets, ensuring all categories are properly represented
- Support development timelines in alignment with product drops and key launches
- Oversee the organization of the sample room and guide the production assistant in maintaining structure and cleanliness at all times.
