This role sits at the center of that process. As a Production Coordinator, you will help keep development moving forward across multiple styles and timelines, working closely with design, vendors, and internal teams to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. This role works in close proximity to the founders and CEO, contributing to a highly collaborative and product-driven environment with strong visibility across the business.

  • Own and manage development timelines across all active projects, ensuring milestones and deadlines are consistently met.
  • Proactively track and maintain visibility on the progress of all open projects, flagging risks and escalating delays when needed.
  • Coordinate with the design team to ensure tech packs (TPs) are completed accurately sent out on time.
  • Prepare a prioritized list of key styles ahead of sample meetings to guide discussions.
  • Follow up with vendors and internal teams to ensure feedback is implemented and timelines are upheld
  • Maintain clear visibility across all open projects through tracking tools (Miro, line sheets, or other systems)
  • Update the Miro board on a daily/weekly basis to reflect new, ongoing, or canceled projects
  • Assist in building and maintaining line sheets, ensuring all categories are properly represented
  • Support development timelines in alignment with product drops and key launches
  • Oversee the organization of the sample room and guide the production assistant in maintaining structure and cleanliness at all times.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • High attention to detail, especially when tracking product specs, timelines, and revisions
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, particularly when working with vendors
  • Proactive mindset with strong follow-through and a willingness to take ownership of tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and address issues quickly
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to collaborate across functions
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal guidance while staying aligned with team goals
  • Familiarity with product development processes in apparel is preferred

  • What Success Looks Like

  • Development timelines are consistently met with minimal delays
  • Vendors are aligned, responsive, and executing against clear direction
  • Sample tracking is organized, accurate, and up to date at all times
  • Sample meetings are efficient, with clear priorities and follow-ups
