Product Manager (Intercoms) at Ajax Systems – Kyiv, Kyiv

To date, Ajax product portfolio includes 280 devices for intrusion protection, video surveillance, fire and life safety, and comfort and automation.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to drive the development and growth of our intercom part of Ajax ecosystem. This role is a unique opportunity for a passionate professional who can align market needs with company’s short/long-term vision, ensuring seamless development of intercom products and features.

Ajax video ecosystem includes wired, wireless video cameras, network video recorders, doorbells, AI recognition on edge, smart features, interconnection with Ajax intrusion and fire systems, subscriptions and many more.

• Market Research & Analysis: Knowledge of how to conduct market research, analyze competitors, and understand market trends to make informed product decisions, make a calculation of unit economy;

• Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of relevant industry regulations (e.g., GDPR for data privacy, legal, financial region diversity) that may impact the product’s design or functionality;

• Wireframing & Prototyping: Experience with tools like Figma, or Miro to create low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes that communicate the intended design and functionality of the product.

• Experience in CCTV

• Experience in building products from scratch

• Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as sales, engineering, UX/UI, customer support, marketing

• Pre-sale experience

• Technical background

• Identify market and customer needs for intercom products align them with the company’s mid and long-term goals;

• Research markets and competitors to ensure the best value proposition;

• Manage entire product lifecycle — from ideation through launch, to continuous improvement;

• Take full ownership over the product vision, strategy, and roadmap of Ajax Intercom devices, features. Define and articulate them clearly with business and RnD stakeholders;

• Analyse, and integrate feedback to refine product features and ensure regulatory compliance;

• Prioritise data-driven and feedback-driven approach in feature development, ensuring minimal risks and time to market.
