What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple open roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and move roles forward quickly
• Proactively source, screen, and present qualified candidates
• Manage a high-volume pipeline while maintaining speed and quality
• Ensure compliance with Service Contract Act (SCA) requirements, as applicable
• Keep candidates and stakeholders informed with clear, consistent communication
• Track recruiting activity and provide updates on progress, challenges, and wins
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruiting processes

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of urgency with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Experience recruiting for Service Contract Act (SCA) roles strongly preferred
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through
• Confident communicator who can build relationships quickly
• Experience with an ATS, Rippling preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
