This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and commercial strategy, driving how new healthcare SaaS solutions are launched, adopted, and scaled across the provider market. You will be responsible for ensuring that product innovation is translated into structured go-to-market execution, measurable adoption, and tangible revenue impact. Acting as a key integrator across cross-functional teams, you will align product roadmap decisions with market readiness, pricing strategy, and commercialization plans. The position plays a critical role in building a repeatable launch framework that connects planning, execution, and performance measurement. You will also influence portfolio governance and ensure strong alignment between product, sales, marketing, and customer operations. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on turning innovation into real-world commercial success in a complex healthcare environment.
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end commercialization and go-to-market readiness process for new products, enhancements, and AI-driven capabilities within the provider portfolio, ensuring alignment across all business functions. You will:
- Execute and operationalize go-to-market and commercialization strategies, including positioning, pricing, packaging, and enablement for sales and customer-facing teams
- Lead quarterly portfolio planning and maintain a structured “plan of record” aligned with product roadmap, market priorities, and commercial execution
- Own post-launch performance tracking, ensuring adoption, pipeline generation, and revenue outcomes are achieved and continuously optimized
- Establish and manage portfolio governance processes, ensuring consistent execution and communication across stakeholders
- Drive Voice of Customer programs, capturing insights and feedback to inform product development and commercialization strategy
- Partner with Product, Sales Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment from concept through launch and beyond
- Define success metrics and operating cadences to measure commercialization effectiveness and guide continuous improvement
- Build scalable commercialization frameworks and playbooks to support repeatable and efficient product launches
This role requires a seasoned commercial and product-facing leader with strong experience operating in healthcare SaaS or enterprise software environments, with a proven ability to drive cross-functional execution and measurable business outcomes.
- 12+ years of experience in healthcare SaaS, enterprise software, or commercial program leadership roles
- Proven success in launching and scaling commercial programs that drive adoption, pipeline growth, and revenue impact
- Strong experience working across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering in cross-functional environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead portfolio planning, commercialization strategy, and go-to-market execution
- Strong financial and operational acumen, including understanding of revenue, pipeline health, and retention signals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement
- Strong project management, organizational, and governance skills in complex environments
- Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse teams
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and customer insights into actionable strategy
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
