This role sits at the intersection of customer education, learning technology, and global certification strategy within a fast-scaling SaaS environment. The Senior Certification and LMS Administration Specialist will be responsible for shaping, scaling, and optimizing certification programs that support customers, partners, and internal teams worldwide. This position combines strategic program ownership with hands-on LMS administration, ensuring a seamless and data-driven learning experience. The role plays a critical part in improving product adoption, skill validation, and customer success outcomes through structured certification journeys. Working cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Instructional Design teams, this position helps define how global users engage with learning and certification at scale. It is a highly operational yet strategic role, requiring both systems thinking and execution excellence in a global, digital-first environment.
- Define and evolve the strategic roadmap for global certification programs in collaboration with Product, Customer Success, Partners, and Instructional Design teams.
- Own the full certification lifecycle, including exam delivery, renewals, governance, and vendor coordination to ensure operational excellence and scalability.
- Manage and optimize LMS platforms and integrations, ensuring system reliability, data accuracy, user access control, and seamless learner experiences.
- Drive automation and standardization of certification operations, including credential issuance, renewal processes, and AI-enabled support workflows.
- Track, analyze, and report key learning and certification metrics such as engagement, adoption, renewal compliance, and program impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design engagement initiatives that increase certification participation and strengthen product adoption.
- Gather learner feedback and system data to continuously improve certification programs and inform roadmap decisions.
- Stay informed on industry trends in certifications, learning technologies, and AI-driven education to evolve program strategy.
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Education, Enablement, or Learning & Development within a B2B SaaS environment.
- At least 2+ years of experience managing certification programs and/or LMS operations at a global scale.
- Strong expertise in LMS platforms, learning technologies, automation tools, and vendor management.
- Proven ability to design and scale structured, data-driven certification or training programs.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and other go-to-market teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into operational improvements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $196,000 annually, plus potential bonus and additional incentives.
