• Lead discovery and coordination with global payment partners, facilitating discussions and analyzing technical documentation
• Evaluate and compare integration options to define the most effective connectivity strategies for merchants
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on partner APIs, features, and integration capabilities
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design and deliver high-quality integration solutions from concept to release
• Monitor the performance of deployed integrations and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights
• Develop, track, and maintain key product metrics, dashboards, and performance reports
• Identify opportunities to improve scalability, reliability, and efficiency of integration processes
• Support cross-functional initiatives with product, engineering, and partner teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 1+ year of experience in a Product Analyst, Product, or similar role, ideally within payments or financial services
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
• Familiarity with APIs, integration concepts, and technical documentation
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify and present technical analysis clearly
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and Agile environments is a plus
• Strong attention to detail combined with strategic and problem-solving thinking
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English
