Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Assistant to support the growth of our large multi-specialty dental practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, understands digital marketing trends, and is eager to learn the business side of dentistry—including patient communication and treatment planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Content Creation:

• Develop and manage engaging content for social media platforms, website, and email campaigns
• Capture and edit photos/videos of the office, team, and procedures (in compliance with patient consent and privacy regulations)
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to attract and retain patients
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner
• Collaborate with team members to highlight different specialties and services offered

Business & Practice Support:

• Learn front-office operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and customer service
• Assist in presenting and explaining treatment plans to patients (training provided)
• Support patient education by creating clear, informative materials about procedures and services
• Track marketing performance metrics and provide basic reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve patient experience and office growth

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred)
• Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, video editing apps)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in healthcare/dental field and willingness to learn treatment planning
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Preferred Skills:

• Photography and videography experience
• Familiarity with dental terminology or prior dental office experience
• Basic understanding of digital marketing analytics

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to move around the office to capture content and support team activities
• Occasional lifting of light equipment for content creation
